Backwards to Forwards Mohawk Transition Video Tutorial

It seems that for many of you intermediate skaters who are going backwards, the frightening moment when you realise you need to stop quickly, usually means the best option is to turn to forwards and engage your T-Stop, Heel brake or Lunge Stop as quickly as possible……. This is causing some issues, especially at higher speeds.
I’ll show you the one BIG mistake most people make with this transition and how to fix it.
