3 WEEK IMPROVERS FINALLY COMES TO EAST LONDON!!!! :)
-3 week Beginners: Learn to skate over 3 separate 2-hour sessions; normally structured over 3 weeks. NEW DATES AVAILABLE!!!!
-3 week Improvers: Continue your skating adventure now that you’re upright and happy on your wheels; better braking, hill techniques, backwards basics, faster stride-work and those all important new stopping methods all conquered here!!!
-We also offer Private instruction: a perfect route into skating for those looking to develop quickly or who feel a personalised lesson might help them.
A NOTE ON VENUES
Group Courses will commence at the Canada Water site and move according to Group ability and course development across the 3 weeks.
Private instruction is available at any of these venues: Southwark Park, Sutcliffe Park and close to Canada water tube. We’re happy to make suggestions as to venue based on student ability and convenience for all concerned.
Once graduated from a 3 week course you’ll have the skills needed for one of Skatefresh’s more specialist courses. Whether it be Intro to Stroll for the budding street skater in you, or maybe Skate-fit for the more fitness conscious… Either way, starting your skating career in East London is a great way to go.

For personal practice you should have a skate in Greenwich Park
Greenwich Park skating comments from: Myria Kyriacou
“Lately we’ve migrated to Greenwich scene of my latest efforts to skate backwards, do edge stops and generally look cooler on skates. Let me tell you it is a great place to skate (and I travel from north London to get there)! The park is beautiful, it’s quieter than Hyde Park, and you really can’t beat the view! To top it all off, once you’ve mastered your latest fancy skate move, you can relax at the tea room with a cuppa… and maybe some cake… well surely you’ve earned the calories after all that skating!”
