SkateSchool – Intermediate
Where? Serpentine Road, Hyde Park.
When? Saturday 24th July, 2.00pm – 4.00pm – join week 2&3
How much? £75
This 3 week skating course allows you to progress onto the harder inline skating skills. Your skating will begin to look more impressive as you start using multiple stoping methods, backwards skating, transitions, crossovers, and your skating stride and technique really gets honed. Prerequisite skating skills for this course are good parallel turns on each side, a desire to stop heel braking (and use other methods of stopping), plus good hill control. The 3 week course is split into 3 themed workshops; Speed and turns, All about stops, Backwards skating.
All group classes take place in Hyde Park unless it is raining, in which case we move to Westway Sports Centre
(at no extra charge) where we inline skate under cover. Westway is near Latimer Road tube station. The course always happens on the set dates (as long as minimum course numbers are met).

- SkateDance - back to your Roller Disco days only now you’ll know what you’re doing. Beginner SkateDance classes available.
- 3 week SkateSchool for StreetSkating - prepare for Sunday’s Stroll mass street skate and solo urban skating one of Skatefresh’s best courses.
- Advanced skating workshop - where you will learn tricks, jumps, spins, fancy footwork and speedy maneuvers in these monthly drop-in lessons.
